CSE Receives $1.7 million in Research Funding

CSE has received $1.7 million in research grants so far in 2005-2006. The awards include $602,284 for research on integrated cognitive systems from the Institute for the Study of Learning and Expertise, $386,553 from TxDOT, $275,000 from the NSF to develop new applications integrating stream and event processing and $100,000 for a security framework research project funded by the Texas Advanced Research Program.
